Member Scientific qualifications:  

Ph.D. in Common Law, Institute of Arab Research and Studies/ Cairo, 2005. Master's degree in Public Law, Al-Bayt University/ Jordan, 1997. B.A. in Law, Ata University/ Jordan,1992. Practical experience:  He served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, Governor of Zarqa and Gersh provinces, Governor of Human Rights and Local Development, Director of the Project for the Promotion of Local Economic Development, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior.

Ammar Al-Husseini was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission on June 21, 2020. As a judge, he previously served as Director of Information and Communication at the General Secretariat of the Jordanian Judicial Council. 
He also held other judicial positions, the most important of which was the technical office at the Court of Cassation. He also worked as a public prosecutor at the West Amman Court of First Instance until he was seconded to the Ministry of Justice as director of international cooperation, where he participated in technical negotiations to negotiate bilateral, regional, and international agreements in the field of extradition and mutual assistance in criminal matters and the transfer of those sentenced to freedom-depriving penalties, as he represented the Ministry of Justice In the technical meetings of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice and the joint meetings of the Councils of Arab Ministers of Justice and Interior charged with preparing model Arab laws and participated in the periodic meetings of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice and Interior, and also contributed to the preparation and implementation of justice development strategies prepared by the Ministry of Justice and the Judicial Council and the coordination of grants and aid provided by donor countries.

To implement these strategies, he is a government expert accredited to the United Nations Office on Crime and Drugs to review the United Nations Convention against Corruption, as well as other related matters. He also worked as General Coordinator of the Good Governance Initiative for Development in the Arab Countries and General Coordinator of the Euro-Mediterranean Justice Program, and in 2017, he was awarded the French Order of Merit with the rank of Knight (Chevalier de la République française) from the French Republic. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law. Born in Amman in 1970, he is married and has two daughters.

Member He served as a former appointed to the Jordanian Senate and a member of the National Dialogue Committee and media spokesman for the Independent Electoral Commission, a journalist, politician, radio and television presenter, lecturer in political reform, editor-in-chief of more than one Jordanian newspaper, and a member of the Jordanian Journalists Syndicate. He holds a master's degree (journalism and media) and has many works and books and has published numerous studies and researches, and has won several awards in the field of journalism and media work.

She worked as an academic professor at the University of Jordan and his legal expertise as a lawyer. Dababneh held the position of Government Coordinator for Human Rights/Prime Minister's Office, Director of the Center for Women's Studies/University of Jordan, and served as a member of the Special Committee (SC) for auditing and announcing the results of the parliamentary elections in Jordan for the year 2016 / the Independent Election Commission. She has received many awards and shields and has published many types of research, books, and reports as the origins of legislative drafting from a gender perspective, confronting gender-based violence in universities, and the factors of attraction and expulsion for women's economic participation in the tourism sector.

She has many international and regional experiences, including Consultant in the Economic Empowerment Program for Women in the Middle East and North Africa (EconoWin), the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), and presented several reports of the National Centre for Human Rights related to civil and political rights, and the report on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women before the relevant committees of the United Nations.
