Jordanian Electoral Institute
About the Institute
The Jordanian Electoral Institute was established in 2020 pursuant to the Independent Election Commission’s Administrative Organization Regulation No. (61) of 2020. It is considered a distinguished academic and training institution at both the local and regional levels, and it seeks to achieve the following objectives:
- Enhancing the efficiency of the Commission’s staff, all election workers, those interested in electoral affairs, and local and international partners, and training, qualifying, and preparing them both scientifically and practically to enable them to perform their duties and assume their responsibilities in the field of election administration and electoral processes.
- Contributing to increasing electoral awareness and working to establish and strengthen the principles of integrity, impartiality, transparency, and best practices in elections.
- Conducting, documenting, and publishing research and scientific studies related to the Institute’s field of work.
