Introduction to the Electoral Training Platform (جاهز)
As part of the Independent Election Commission’s efforts to develop its capacities, enhance the efficiency of its staff, and ensure the implementation of electoral processes according to the highest standards of integrity and transparency, the Electoral Training Platform has been completed as one of its leading strategic projects. This platform is an integrated digital training tool designed to provide a flexible and interactive learning environment, enabling staff members, those interested in electoral affairs, and participants in the electoral process to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties efficiently and professionally.
The importance of the platform lies in its ability to unify training content and facilitate access to educational programs anytime and from anywhere, thereby contributing to a higher level of readiness among all work teams and enhancing the quality of performance across the various stages of the electoral process. The platform also represents a qualitative addition to the Commission’s efforts to invest in modern technology in support of its objectives, reinforce the principles of transparency, and empower all partners to contribute effectively to the success of elections. One of the platform’s most prominent goals is to ensure the development of sustainable capacities that contribute to organizing distinguished elections that reflect the will of voters and earn their trust.
Publications
The Jordanian Electoral Institute of the Independent Election Commission continuously publishes studies, booklets, and training manuals related to the electoral process in order to document all information concerning the Commission’s work and closely associated with the electoral process, with the aim of providing learners, as well as all those interested and concerned with electoral affairs, with these publications.
