Board of Commissioners

The Authority has a Board of Commissioners consisting of a Chairman and four members appointed by Royal Decree for a non-renewable term of six years, based on a recommendation from a committee headed by the Prime Minister and including the Speaker of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President of the Judicial Council, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Authority Law.
