Independent Listing: Closing of the polls for the elections of the Chambers of Commerce

The Independent Election Commission announced the closure of the polls for the elections of members of the boards of directors of chambers of commerce and representatives of the commercial sectors 2022 at seven in the evening.

The Authority indicated that the total number of voters in the elections of members of the boards of directors of the Chambers of Commerce reached (11,128) voters, out of (26,843) voters, with a percentage of (41.46%), while the total number of voters in the elections of representatives of the commercial sectors reached (11,308) voters out of (27,982) voters, with percentages of (40.41%).  

The Commission confirmed that the counting of votes began immediately after the completion of the voting process and the closure of the boxes in the same polling stations in the presence of supervisory committees, candidate representatives, observers, journalists, and media professionals.
