Independent Election Authority: The decision to postpone the elections of the chambers of commerce is the prerogative of the Commission only

The Independent Election Commission confirmed that tomorrow, Saturday, is the date of the  General Assembly meeting, whose agenda includes the elections of the boards of directors of chambers of commerce and representatives of commercial sectors, at eight o'clock in the morning, and in the event that the quorum of two-thirds of the members is not reached until nine o'clock, the Board of Commissioners of the Commission will postpone the elections to 10/12/2022 in  the chambers where the quorum was not completed.
 
The Commission explained that it is the only decision to postpone the date of voting and will abide by the application of the law governing these elections.
