The Independent Election Commission begins auditing the records of chambers of commerce

The Independent Election Commission confirmed that the supervisory committees formed in the chambers of commerce by the authority, to manage the elections of the boards of directors of the chambers of commerce and representatives of the commercial sectors, have started auditing the commercial institutions listed in the tables received by the chambers of commerce, which meet the conditions stipulated in the Chambers of Commerce system related to the capital, date of affiliation and payment of fees, provided that a valid professions license is presented for the purposes of the election.

The audit and verification process by the supervisory committees will continue until 16/10/2022, provided that the supervisory committees will present the preliminary tables of those who are entitled to vote on the authority's website and in the chambers of commerce, noting that the Independent Election Commission has set Friday, 10/28/2022, as a date to receive objections to the preliminary schedules for the elections of the boards of directors of chambers of commerce and representatives of the commercial sectors, and it lasts for three days, where each institution has the right to Her name was not included in the preliminary lists of voters, or found an error in her data, to submit a written request to the Supervisory Committee of the Chambers of Commerce to include her name in the list or to correct the error in her data or to object to the registration of others in those tables according to the form prepared by the Authority for thispurpose, provided that she attaches papers, documents and evidence proving the validity of her objection, within three days in accordance with the Chambers of Commerce Law.
